Terms of Service

Rigamonti Creations provides custom 3D printing services to customers located in Texas. By placing an order or submitting a custom request, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion. We will not print:

• Functional weapons, weapon components, or items intended to cause harm
• Files that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights without authorization
• Content that is obscene, illegal, or violates applicable law
• Counterfeit products or items intended to deceive

By submitting a file for printing, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the design or have explicit permission to reproduce it commercially
• The file does not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right

Rigamonti Creations is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted files.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays. Rigamonti Creations is not liable for losses resulting from delayed delivery.

Standard Products

We offer a full refund on standard products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Contact us at orders@rigamonticreations.com to initiate a return.

Custom Orders

• Custom orders are non-refundable after a quote has been accepted and payment submitted.
• One revision is included at no charge if the finished print does not match the approved specifications.
• A full refund will be issued if you cancel before printing has begun.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rigamonti Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

We currently ship within Texas only. Local pickup is available at no charge. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for delivery.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
