Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Texas only. Local pickup is available at no charge for all customers, regardless of location. We plan to expand shipping in the future.

How long does an order take?

All orders are made to order — estimated delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page. Custom orders vary based on complexity; we'll provide an estimated completion date when your quote is sent.

What materials do you print with?

We work primarily with PLA, PETG, and ABS. Material availability may vary — check our current inventory or contact us if you have a specific requirement. You can request a preferred material when submitting a custom order.

What file formats do you accept for custom orders?

We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files up to 50MB. STL is the most common format for 3D printing and is preferred. Please ensure your file is watertight (no holes in the mesh), properly scaled, and oriented correctly before submitting. We print what we receive — review your file carefully using the 3D preview on the custom order form.

What won't you print?

We will not print functional weapons or weapon components, items that infringe on intellectual property rights, counterfeit products, or anything illegal or intended to cause harm. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Contact us if you're unsure whether your design qualifies.

Can I use someone else's design?

Only if you have explicit permission to reproduce it commercially. When submitting a custom order, you are required to confirm that you own the rights to the file or have the necessary permission. We are not responsible for copyright or IP violations arising from customer-submitted files.

How does custom order pricing work?

After you submit your file and specs, we review the design, slice it in our software to estimate material usage and print time, and send you a quote. You can then accept and pay online. No payment is required until you've reviewed and accepted the quote.

What is your refund policy for standard products?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery for standard products returned in their original condition. Contact us at orders@rigamonticreations.com to start a return.

What is your refund policy for custom orders?

Custom orders are non-refundable after payment. One revision is included at no charge if the finished print does not match the approved specifications. A full refund is available if you cancel before printing begins.

What happens if my print fails?

If a print fails during production, we will reprint your order at no charge and notify you with an updated estimated completion date. We'll also send you a discount code for your next order as an apology for the delay.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link when your order is placed. You can check your order status at any time using that link — no account required.

How do I arrange local pickup?

Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you by email to arrange a pickup time.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Bulk pricing tiers are displayed on each product page — the discount is applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity you order.
