When you place an order or submit a custom request, we collect:

• Name and email address
• Shipping address (for standard orders)
• Uploaded 3D files (for custom orders)
• IP address (logged alongside copyright agreement acknowledgement)
• Order history and status

We do not collect or store payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

• To fulfill and communicate about your order
• To send transactional emails (confirmations, status updates, quotes)
• To log copyright agreement acknowledgements for custom orders
• To operate and improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supabase

We use Supabase to store order data and custom request information. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.

Stripe

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not have access to your card details. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Resend

We use Resend to send transactional emails. Your name and email are passed to Resend for this purpose only.

We use session cookies only for admin authentication. Public-facing storefront pages do not use tracking cookies.

We retain order and customer data for as long as necessary to fulfill our legal and business obligations. 3D files submitted for custom orders may be deleted upon request after the order is complete.
